Job Summary:

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their skin and makeup goals
  • Recommend Clinique products and services to meet client needs
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Passion for beauty and skincare
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous retail experience an asset
