Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering personalized beauty solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for beauty and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
