Job Title: Beauty Consultant

La Prairie is seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized skincare services to our discerning clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their skincare needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on La Prairie products and services, ensuring a tailored luxury experience for each client.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Maintain the highest standards of retail excellence, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and skin science to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong retail experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
