Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a culture within the team where learning and innovation is a positive and service delivery is always seeking to improve.
  • Support and develop a team of support workers who can lead on the goals of person-centred support through regular management contact time, practice observations, coaching, development of skills, and using the quality conversations framework.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create positive relationships that promote engagement, wellbeing, and practice development.
Requirements
  • Hold SVQ Level 3 or ability to work towards.
  • Achieve SSSC Registration.
  • Demonstrate strong values of equality and non-judgment.

Salary: £30,869.70 - £32,394.88 per annum pro rata.
