Pre-Sales Specialist for Cyber Security Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team and help us drive sales growth through effective pre-sales support and collaboration with our sales teams.
This role involves working closely with our sales teams to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions to address their pain points.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with Infinigate's customers, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide expert-level technical support to our sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design and implement effective cyber security solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, including writing compelling content and ensuring that all technical details are accurate and complete.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure Infinigate's customers and partners are well-versed in our cyber security solutions and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Infinigate's internal teams, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in our messaging and approach.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- Requirements:
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of cyber security principles and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the sales process and the importance of effective communication.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Confident and professional demeanor, with excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of the job.
- We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus a potential bonus of up to £10,000, resulting in an annual OTE of £65,000.
- 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays.
- Day off on your birthday.
