Key Responsibilities

As a Client Inside Sales Specialist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage the quoting and sales order processes from receipt of PO through to Supply Chain Team, including quality checks and error resolution.
  • Daily customer backorder and invoice reporting.
  • Assist with managing the RMA process.
  • Ensure the CRM system is used and updated.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of systems and processes.
  • Assist with basic level quotations and queries.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with account management, supply chain, and renewals functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high regard for customer service, priority management, and the ability to multitask. Numerate with good attention to detail, proficient in MS applications, and possessing good relationship-building skills.
