About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support, develop professional relationships with customers, and process hire and sale orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and order processing
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues
  • Take sales and hire enquiries via phone and email, checking the availability of equipment and transport
  • Process hire and sale orders through our system, Inspire
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using computer systems and software
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
