About the Role
Rodericks Dental is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for every patient, welcoming them in and ensuring they have a great experience.
You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care, manage our diaries, and ensure that our patients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an exceptional patient journey, both in person and over the phone
- Managing our diaries and ensuring that our schedules are filled correctly
- Working with our team to understand our treatment options and provide patients with the best possible care
- Completing relevant forms and taking payments
- Liaising with dental laboratories and other organisations
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong attention to detail. You will be able to build rapport with our patients, work in a structured and organised way, and follow our processes and procedures. You will also be comfortable working to our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and have a positive nature, with the ability to show resilience and work in a composed manner.
