About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional patient journey, managing diaries, and working closely with our team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
  • Work collaboratively with our team to understand and promote our range of NHS and private treatment options
  • Process patient payments and chase outstanding debt
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other external partners

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and driving practice success
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including SOE software
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment
