About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, answering phone calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring that appointments are booked and managed efficiently.
  • Work closely with the dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear and concise information.
  • Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other external organizations as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT skills, with the ability to learn and use practice software.
  • Positive and resilient nature, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
