About the Role

Rodericks Dental is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for every patient, welcoming them in and ensuring they have a great experience.

You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care, manage our diaries, and ensure that our patients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an exceptional patient journey, both in person and over the phone
  • Managing our diaries and ensuring that our time is filled correctly
  • Working with our team to understand our full range of NHS and private treatment options
  • Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong attention to detail. You will be able to build rapport with our patients, work in a structured and organised way, and follow our processes. You will also be comfortable working to our KPIs and have a positive nature, with the ability to show resilience and work in a composed manner.
