Clinical Support Coordinator

**Job Overview**
Marie Curie Cancer Care is a leading charity dedicated to providing end-of-life care in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team in Tiverton, Devon.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our coordination hub, ensuring seamless communication between clinical support staff, management teams, volunteers, referrers, local CHC teams, and patients' families and carers.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clinical support and management staff to ensure smooth coordination of services
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry into operational and clinical systems
- Facilitating referrals and coordinating patient care as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer care or mediation roles, including dealing with complaints in a health setting
