We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Community Nurse to join our team on an agency basis. This role is based in a dynamic community setting in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to children and young people with diverse health needs, supporting them and their families in their homes and community environments.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in partnership with families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide health education and support to promote optimal child development and family well-being.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Band 5/6 in a pediatric or community setting and hold NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse (Child). They will also have knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience in their application.
