About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Site Based Contract Delivery Managers to ensure 100% compliance to Account KPIs & SLAs.
  • Maintain and enhance relevant client relationships to secure future growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the P&L of contracts, including sales, growth, costs, and WIP/Debt management.
  • Ensure industry best practice and deliver high levels of operational performance.
  • Build partnerships with clients and colleagues through open, transparent, and timely communication.
  • Present a professional image of Integral UK Ltd. to clients and visitors.
  • Drive and encourage development of self and others through learning and on-the-job experience.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Managerial experience at Contract/Account Manager or above within technical and/or hard services is essential.
  • A proven track record in the retail sector with excellent knowledge of the industry market.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix management structure.
  • New business hunter qualities as well as very strong account management skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships with clients to resolve day-to-day operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing profitable business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of leading and inspiring a national team.
Essential Qualifications
  • Industry-relevant qualifications, including IOSH MS.
  • Competent working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines.
