We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street UK

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and track maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating larger projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits.
