Maintenance Support Specialist

We are currently working alongside Brook Street who is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis in Oxford City Centre.
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will provide high-quality support to the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisor. Your role will ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations, keep records up-to-date, coordinate service schedules, and assist with larger projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records for planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Organise health and safety training, manage PPE orders, and update risk assessments to ensure compliance.
- Support project planning by coordinating contractor meetings and managing documentation.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time to avoid delays.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including payroll submissions, holiday schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by tracking energy data and supporting related plans.
- Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
