We are seeking a skilled and diligent Maintenance Specialist who enjoys working independently, is customer-focused and content to travel within the South Oxford area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to perform maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively, with a focus on ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. As a key member of our trade services team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs, responding to resident requests and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to properties and communal areas
  • Responding to resident requests and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or trade services role
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
