Complex Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Specialist to join our team in Cwmbran, Monmouthshire. As a Complex Care Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a client through their transition into their own home and maintaining their health afterwards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with personalized routines
- Complete daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
Estimated Salary:£15 - £17 per hour
