We are currently recruiting for an experienced Learning Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of people with complex needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Learning Disability Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing therapeutic care and support to individuals.
- Recording and monitoring patient conditions.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a social care setting.
- Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
- Manual handling training (or willingness to obtain).
We offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £38 (inclusive of holidays).
- Immediate starts available.
- Potential for a permanent contract.

Earn up to £32,000 per annum based on full-time hours.
