Job Description: Home Healthcare Assistant required in Cwmbran, Monmouthshire. As a Home Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support to a client in their own home. Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.

Estimated Salary:£15 - £17 per hour
