Job Overview

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients. With a minimum of 1 hour care visits and client matching, you will have the time to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Companionship: ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care: supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

  • Excellent pay rates - from £13.00 per hour, plus double bank holiday rates
  • Types of hours available - from 10 hours part time to 37.5 hours full time
  • Retention bonus - increased hourly rate to £13 after 6 months of service
