About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with dementia, using our person-centered approach to care
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13
  • Contracted to 38.5 hours per week

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. Ideally, you should hold NVQ Level 3 qualifications, but we will consider candidates who are willing to gain further qualifications.
