Account Development Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy for major online channels, managing the Amazon account, and driving direct-to-consumer digital sales.
You will analyse sales and stock data to guide forecasting and purchasing recommendations, identify new business opportunities, and deliver valuable market insights to shape account decisions and strategies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Amazon account: Product listings, performance analysis, forecasting, and boosting market share.
- Strategise for retailers: Develop and execute strategic plans, drive success, and provide regular progress updates.
- Data-driven decisions: Analyse sales and stock data to guide forecasting and purchasing recommendations.
- New business opportunities: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities that align with our growth objectives.
- Market insights: Deliver valuable market data and insights to shape account decisions and strategies.
- Collaboration with marketing: Ensure the D2C e-commerce site offers an engaging customer experience through optimised digital content.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs across all platforms, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Account Management, with some experience focused on Amazon.
- Proven success: Demonstrated achievements in AMS marketing, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in tools like Vendor Central, Google Analytics, and Excel for sales analysis.
- Commercial acumen: Strong skills in negotiation, data analysis, and market strategy.
- E-commerce expertise: Experience in digital e-commerce sales, particularly in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce.
Estimated salary: up to £60k (£50k + £10k commission), company car, and fantastic benefits.
