Job Description: The successful candidate will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and monitor sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
