Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - ICU (Acute)

**Type:** Permanent
**Salary:** £75,000 per annum
Our client, a reputable healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care safely and efficiently, developing care plans for each assigned patient, and advocating on behalf of patients and families. They will also participate in patient care conferences and take responsibility for their own professional development through continuing education programmes and literature review.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution, have Critical Care Nursing course certification, and be currently registered with the Bermuda Nursing Council. Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU setting is highly preferred.
