Care Unit Director

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Unit Director to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional care. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a unit with a focus on providing outstanding care through your team.
- Leading and supervising a unit to deliver excellent care services.
- Delegating workload effectively in a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while championing their safety and dignity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
