School Support Assistant Role
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a UK classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students with special educational needs in a classroom environment, promoting their learning and development.
- Work closely with the teacher on lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation, contributing to the student's progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Hold a valid DBS certificate and be registered with the Online Update Service or willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional child-related references covering at least the last two years.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively.
