Job Description

As a Learning Disabilities Teaching Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students in developing their social, emotional, and cognitive skills through targeted interventions.

Liaising with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider community professionals to ensure students are on track is a key aspect of this role.

Collaborating with the team to create a progressive and welcoming learning environment is essential.

With a strong emphasis on student well-being, you will work with students in various year groups with learning disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health needs.

We offer regular training opportunities, including Safeguarding and SEN Awareness, to support your growth and development as a specialist in this field.
