We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As an Administrative Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination: You will be responsible for daily communication with staff and management, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Agency Booking and HR Support: You will be responsible for booking agency staff and providing HR support, including managing rotas and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Duty Manager Shifts: You will be required to work as a Duty Manager on weekends, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed and that the office runs smoothly.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: You will be responsible for producing reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Support and Development: You will provide support to staff and management, undertaking ad-hoc projects and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Exceptional Customer Service: You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions with staff and management are professional and courteous.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
