Reception Team Member

As a Reception Team Member, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors at Elizabeth School of London. This role involves managing incoming communications, directing visitors to relevant departments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and direct phone calls, letters, and emails to the correct department or staff member.
- Greet students and staff warmly and offer immediate assistance.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, mail delivery, and office supplies.
- Sign in visitors and provide them with visitor badges.
- Set up meeting facilities and arrange for catering services.
- Provide general support, answering questions about our programmes, services, and office hours.
- Interact with various departments, including IT, for technical assistance.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain front door security and report any suspicious activity.
- Represent our Institution with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £12 per hour, considering the local market rate for similar positions.
