About the Role

Polaris Community is seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish and maintain effective relationships with ISP staff, professionals, parents, and carers through clear and concise communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls; arrange meetings and take minutes as required; maintain accurate records and documents using SIMS and BehaviourWatch.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the Whitstable site delegated budgets and manage the Petty Cash.
  • Support and Development: Contribute to the school's mission by executing tasks and duties as directed by the Head Teacher; support the development of systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIMS and BehaviourWatch; ability to learn new systems and processes.
