About This Opportunity

We are seeking a senior SAP Enterprise Technology and Platform Director to focus on business development, practice build, and delivery of transformations enabled by SAP technology. This high-profile role requires a balance of business development, sales origination, practice build, and client delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Drive origination and lead pre-sales activities (RFP responses, direct award within our customers, etc.)
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders (typically CxOs) and manage bid teams with limited support from the SAP business partners
  • Enhance KPMG Powered Enterprise offerings, focusing on readily deployable assets, demos, accelerators with clear ROI and special focus on automation, clean core, and AI
  • Write external KPMG whitepapers and points of view
  • Have regular interactions with SAP to get insights of future roadmap, align joint target accounts, and drive the direction of KPMG's offerings in this domain
  • Attract, recruit, train, and retain top talent
  • Be the senior delivery architect for complex engagements with our flagship accounts
About You

KPMG's SAP business is on a rapid growth trajectory and is looking for candidates that are self-driven, have proven experience, and are excited with the opportunity to shape the SAP business inside a Big4.

Successful candidates will be expected to have a deep understanding of SAP's technology and platform roadmap, including BTP, LeanIX, Signavio, RISE, GROW, MDG, and extensibility framework. They will also have delivered 4+ end-to-end SAP programmes as an end-to-end Enterprise Architect, Integration Lead Architect, or Tech Lead, with at least 2 of them being with S/4HANA as the main product.

Experience selling and delivering under a RISE contract from the business development/sales phase until the implementation go-live is also required. Proven track record in leading complex bids which includes S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP technologies is essential. The ability to run a regular cadence with SAP to understand future roadmap direction and co-innovation opportunities is also vital.

Managed a team of onshore and offshore resources both from an individual engagement and overall practice perspective. Understanding of SAP's AI roadmap and having worked on creation of assets, products, solutions that leverage it to the benefit of customers is also a plus. Built assets and accelerators that were deployed to multiple customers. #LI-MS1
