  • Welcoming and registering patients and consultants in a warm and professional manner.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient administrative services, operating within established policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Providing information and support to patients and consultants as required.
  • Processing in-patient and out-patient charges, including accurate documentation of payments.
  • Operating the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Undertaking various clerical duties, including registering patients, making follow-up appointments, and updating patient information.
  • Contributing to the general cleanliness and smooth running of reception areas.
  • Ensuring familiarity with company policies, procedures, and legislation.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.
