Job Title: Bank Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Bank Receptionist to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a Bank Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and consultants, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and registering patients and consultants in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Providing administrative support to the hospital team.
  • Operating the hospital switchboard and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
