Job Title: Bank Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Receptionist to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a Bank Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and consultants, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering patients and consultants in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient administrative services, operating within established policies and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Providing information and support to patients and consultants as required.
- Processing in-patient and out-patient charges, including accurate documentation of payments.
- Operating the hospital switchboard in a professional and efficient manner.
- Undertaking various clerical duties, including registering patients, making follow-up appointments, and updating patient information.
- Contributing to the general cleanliness and smooth running of reception areas.
- Ensuring familiarity with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.
