Job Title: Bank Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Receptionist to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a Bank Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and consultants, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering patients and consultants in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient administrative services, operating within established policies and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient and staff information, adhering to data protection policies.
- Providing information and support to patients and consultants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Contributing to the general cleanliness and smooth running of reception areas, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
