We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Kate+Co. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the front of house reception and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and internal visitors, and signing them in as necessary.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including meeting rooms and boardrooms.
  • Assisting with booking rooms for meetings and events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support, including handling emails, calls, and post.
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Assisting with event organization and preparation, including budgeting and sourcing.
  • Setting up and preparing meeting rooms, boardrooms, seminar suites, and training rooms in advance.
  • Providing an out-of-hours service for events and seminars, as required.
  • Assisting with duties whenever the Front of House Team Leader is on annual leave.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A hands-on, adaptable attitude.
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with MS Word and Excel.
  • Good organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Background in a high-end hospitality environment or similar role.
