Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Cashier to join our team at Family Law Partners. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing our financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including logging funds, entering disbursements, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and reconciliations for review and approval.
  • AML Compliance: Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and identify potential risks.
  • Financial Administration: Manage our financial systems, including Xero and LEAP, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Liaise with directors and other team members to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial systems.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.
