Astral Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our client's team in Hove. This is an office-based role that will provide support to the IFA sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services administration, with a strong understanding of Intelligent Office software. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing industry.

The role will involve assisting IFA's within the team, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales support arm. This is a Monday to Friday, 9-5 role with a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the IFA sales team
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the sales support arm
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of Intelligent Office software
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services administration
  • Strong understanding of Intelligent Office software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
