Ortus PSR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced Financial Advisers and Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the submission of new business and top-up transactions, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Keep the back-office system up to date with accurate records.
- Work closely with various financial platforms to handle fund transactions, process switches, and manage income requests.
- Support the advisers by preparing essential information and documents for client meetings.
- Assist with ongoing projects, including asset migration to new platforms, and contribute to the preparation of annual client review reports.
- Collaborate with financial service providers to facilitate smooth transactions, handle client inquiries, and work alongside the administration and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Proficiency in computer use and a quick ability to learn new software systems.
- Punctuality and strong time management skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
