About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Care Worker Driver to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation and domestic tasks
  • Provide medication support and understand the importance of privacy and dignity
  • Work with Adult Learning Disability service users and receive enhanced pay for these calls

Requirements

  • Must be a driver with own transport (car, motorcycle, moped etc)
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
