We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Care Team Member to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that provides specialist care for vulnerable individuals.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home, checking equipment is stocked, clean, and ready for the next day, and ensuring our residents are kept happy while cleaning.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced pay rates for overtime and bank holidays, pension scheme, and subsidised lunch available daily.

In addition, you will have access to our healthcare cash plan worth up to £700, including dentistry, optical, and 24/7 employee assistance programme offering psychological support to staff to avoid stress and burn out.
