**Job Overview:** Senior Care Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Care Team Member at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. **Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  2. Support registered practitioners in delivering high-quality healthcare services, including phlebotomy and wound care.
  3. Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

**Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a senior role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and adhering to Trust policies and procedures.

**Salary:** £24,157 - £26,819 per annum, depending on experience.
