Join Scope as a Store Manager

Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales, and we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team in Taunton.

About the Role

As a Store Manager at Scope, you'll have the autonomy to run your shop using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different. You might be generating and processing stock, designing an eye-catching window display, or recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be commercial and have a can-do attitude, always putting the customer's needs first.
  • Have a passion for retail and a love of fashion, with experience of running a shop or looking for a management role as the next step in your career.
  • Lead our volunteers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience, raising much-needed funds to deliver Everyday Equality for disabled people and their families.
