About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at SCOPE. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.
