About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Scope Taunton shop. As a Retail Store Manager, you will have autonomy to run your shop, using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has a love of fashion, and has experience of running a shop or looking for a management role as the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be commercial and have a can-do attitude, always putting the customer's needs first.
  • Be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

About Working in Our Shops

Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by a dedicated, creative, and passionate bunch of superstars. Focusing on sustainable fashion, engaging with local communities, and leading our volunteers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience, we raise much-needed funds to deliver Everyday Equality for disabled people and their families.
