About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Scope's Taunton shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading our shop to achieve sales targets, managing a team of volunteers, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Work closely with the wider retail team to share best practices and achieve business objectives
