About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a background in internal manufacturing and supply chain environments. The successful candidate will have a broad experience of manufacturing methods that allows them to quickly establish technical credibility in all forms of milling, turning, grinding, assembly, and special processes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline (engineering/manufacturing) and minimum 8 years' experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role. Strong data-driven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development, onboarding, and growth of suppliers.
  • Assess manufacturing capability as part of new supplier selection or existing supplier gap analysis activity.
  • Provide technical support to suppliers in the evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of core defect prevention tools highly advantageous.
