Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your technical expertise and engineering judgment to make critical decisions on materials and processes.

You will work closely with our R&D and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into our manufacturing processes, as well as develop and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with our R&D and design teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.
  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an HNC in a relevant science or engineering field.
  • Previous experience in technical manufacturing engineering roles.
  • The ability to prioritise and support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
