Medical Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Salary and Benefits:

We are offering a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, including a bonus structure that rewards performance. In addition to the base salary, you can expect a company car, generous lunch allowance, and expenses policy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, breaking down, and repairing a range of highly advanced Refractive Surgical Medical Lasers at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a field service engineer or ex HM Forces engineer to join a global leader in healthcare and take advantage of comprehensive product training and career progression.

Requirements:
  1. A background in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic. Laser experience is beneficial but not necessary, as full product training will be provided.
  2. Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline.
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and a confident professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  4. A flexible approach with determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  5. A full UK driving licence.
